The final melody in It's No Good starts similar to the fundamental guitar riff (heard throughout the song) and is a combination of 3 sounds playing in unison. You can hear one of them here - I believe it's a processed & filtered vocal sound (as if I didn't have enough of those in this track). Later on, the melody changes and escalates a bit. The whole thing repeats for quite a while as the song fades out.
This is the last one of the batch of It's No Good clips and suitably, it features the end of the song that marked the beginning of it all.
